During a recent interview while promoting his latest film, Dr. Strange, (in which he plays the antagonist, Kaecilius) Mads Mikkelsen was asked if he had heard of Bryan Fuller's interest to negotiate a return to the highly acclaimed television later next year. Mads responded with, "I love him. I think he is a genius. We will definitely find time in the calendar, if it happens." Good! It is great to know that despite Hannibal's abrupt cancellation back in June of 2015, Mads continues to be open to the idea of returning as the titular character! As long as the fans continue to express interest to convince networks out there that there is still an audience for this television show there is hope that it could be picked up. Now, how to convince Laurence Fishburne, Caroline Dhavernas, Raul Esparza and Hugh Dancy to come back?
