Unfortunately, as we had feared, Acorn have appealed the Council's decision. This proves that Acorn are determined to avoid going through full planning approval for their scheme. While we do not know if Acorn's appeal will succeed, this confirms that we must continue to press the Council to make an “Article 4 direction” for this site.
