Weymouth Council intend to grant Acorn Developments permission to redevelop the North Quay site without this being referred to the Planning Committee and without the public having a further opportunity to comment.

Acorn have failed to respond to those who want to see a archaeological investigation on the site during development.

We want the Council to make an "Article 4 direction" which will allow this development to be referred to the Planning Committee and for conditions to be placed on any approval given.
