Reinstate the 100 KMH speed limit on the N11

Reinstate the 100 KMH speed limit on the N11
The Issue
As expected, since the opening of the new M11 gorey to wexford PPP scheme the speed limit on the existing N11 has been downgraded from 100 KM/H to 80 KM/H.
For residents living in Oilgate, Enniscorthy, Ferns, Camolin and surrounding areas this causes issues due to longer travel times between these areas as the new PPP scheme is not nearly as direct a route as the existing N11. Should one use the new PPP scheme between these areas on short trips, the travel time is the same as the N11 @ 100 KM/H but with increased fuel consumption and pollution.
The existing N11 has adequate infastructure to continue to safely support a 100 KM/H speed limit between Clough roundabout and Enniscorthy and also Enniscorthy to Oilgate.
