The people of Scotland need not be divided. We would like to create a PETITION for more sincere powers for the Scottish Parliament in the form of DEVO MAX for FULL FISCAL AUTONOMY. We feel this option would unite our society in Scotland and give a true reflection of the will of the people of Scotland.
