Sarasota Square Mall is a place that many Sarasota residents have made fond memories at since 1977. It used to be a place full of life, whether it be fall, winter, spring, or summer. There were kiosks, many different stores, a food court that was constantly busy, and even a bungee area and mini golf. It was always the place to go with friends and family, with many things to do. To see this mall turn into a ghost town has saddened the hearts of the many locals who remember it for the amazing place it once was.
