Did you know that an analysis of the economic cost of inadequate sleep in Australia reported that in the 2016-17 financial year poor sleep caused $26.2 billion in financial costs and a further $40.1 billion in non-financial (loss of well-being) costs. The financial costs are predominantly due to lost productivity and to accidents.
