On January 25th this petition received a very welcome reception at the Oireachtas petitions committee, all the reports can be seen on the East Mayo Greenway FB page and the Quiet Man Greenway page.

Now we need to start thinking about the council elections 

Please start thinking about which candidates support the greenway now option and which don't.

This is so important in Mayo and Galway, but especially in Mayo, Not a single Mayo councillor currently publically backs the greenway.

In MAYO LETS GET BEHIND ANY CANDIDATE THAT PUBLICALLY BACKS THE GREENWAY AND MAKES IT PART OF THEIR PLATFORM.

LETS SEND A MESSAGE  BACK TO CASTLEBAR. NO GREENWAY NO VOTE.
