The Hanneford Circus has been a Presidents' Weekend staple in Westchester for many years, but the Circus is also the home to mistreated and neglected animals. Westchester County Residents are urging the Westchester County Center, and Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino to BAN The Hanneford Circus from performing in Westchester unless they completely remove animals from their act.
