On July 6th, 2020, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) released a statement establishing the rules for international students to continue their studies in the fall.

At universities offering hybrid classes (like WVU), international students will be expected to take classes both online AND in person to be able to maintain their legal status in the U.S.

We must demand that a one-credit course be offered on campus for international students this fall in order for them to maintain a courseload that is not entirely online. This course needs to be made available BEFORE July 15th when all WVU class schedules are made official!
