Governor Tomblin is occupied today with the tragedy of the rail crash in WV. He is trying to make room on his schedule tomorrow to meet with us. Scott Rotruck and I will leaving Morgantown at 5am to be at the Capitol by 8am so that we can meet with the Governor at his convenience.
