We currently have 746 signatures...can we hit 800 by the city council meeting tomorrow? I would like to personally thank everyone who has so kindly signed. You guys rock so much!! If anyone wants to attend the city council meeting, it is at 7pm at the city building on 16th Street in downtown Wheeling tomorrow, November 18th. The exact address is 1500 Chapline Street.
