Without giving Aetnaville, Bridgeport, Martins Ferry, or Wheeling Island residents even 24 hours notice, the Ohio side of the bridge is boarded, and some kind of fence is being constructed on the Wheeling Island, West Virginia side. So what are we going to to about this?
