This change will impact the community of Dubbo and it's surround quite significantly. This is to go along side the Facebook page so that we can be heard to bring a Kmart to Dubbo. There has already been over 4000 supporters for the idea and I believe that we still need more support to be heard more. The community that wishes for a Kmart will do anything to be heard to get a Kmart.
