Social Security Fairness Act for the States of Maryland and Virginia.  

S. 597 Social Security Fairness Act has 35 cosponsors in the Senate in the 118th Congress as of 3/20/23 and is the companion bill to H.R. 82 Social Security Fairness Act Bill in the House and has 200 cosponsors in the 118th Congress. 

Last Year in the 117th Congress S.1302 Social Security Fairness Act had two Senators, Senator Van Hollen from Maryland and Senator Tim Kaine from Virginia that were cosponsors of Social Security Fairness Act., they haven't yet cosponsored S. 597 in 2023, 118th Congress.
