H.Res.1367 was released on 9/30/2022 and must be signed in person, since that date until November 14th, The House Representatives have been on a district work period, so The House was not in session for any Representatives to sign the petition after September 30th until November 14th. On September 30th, 24 House of Representatives signed the Discharge Petition 1367 for H.R. 82 Social Security Fairness Act. 

The petition needs 218 signatures and there is only a short time left to obtain the needed signatures so that Windfall Elimination Provision and Government Pension Offset can be voted on to be repealed in this session. The voting period ends December 15th. I would like to thank Representatives Paul A Gosar of Arizona and Representatives James Comar of Kentucky for signing the Discharge Petition on November 15th & 16th.
