Hearing H.R 82 will not be effected by HR 1289, it was motioned to be placed on the Consensus Calendar on 7/15/22. As reported earlier things are changing daily but continue to request your Senators and Representatives support repeal of S. 1302 and H.R. 82 by cosponsoring these two pieces of legislation on Social Security Fairness Act.

Contact the Speaker of The House, Nancy Pelosi and the Majority Leader of The House, Steny Hoyer to place H.R. 82 to the Consensus Calender for floor vote also contact the leaders of the Ways and Means Committee and Senate Finance Committee to place H.R.82 and S.1302 out their Committee's to whole House and Senate to be voted on.
