The United States Senate Finance Committee is responsible for Social Security and Pension issues. The subcommittee on Social Security, Pensions and Family Policy must first pass Bills onto the Senate Finance Committee for a vote before it reaches the Senate floor. Their are five members that are not cosponsors of S 1302 Social Security Fairness Act but are on the subcommittee on Social Security. 
Please request these Senators cosponsor S1302 and fully repeal WEP and GPO.
