After school, I go to get Frosties sometimes, and it is very disappointing when I finish the Frosty. Wendy's barely pays anything per frosty, so it wouldn't cost them anything to implement free refills. They already offer free refills on soft drinks, so it does not make sense that they do not offer free refills on Frosties.
