The crest on the current Welsh Rugby Union's (WRU) uniform is based on the symbol of the 'Three Feathers' which represents the invented title of Prince of Wales (currently Prince Charles).

The feathers do not represent the last native Prince of Wales nor any of our Princes or Welsh history in any way; "its use is generally traced back to Edward, the Black Prince (1330–1376), eldest son and heir apparent of Edward III of England" - Wikipedia.

It would make sense for the WRU to change the badge, as many nations have done before, to images that better represent our nation and our team's distinct identity.

The 'Draig Goch' (Red Dragon), Owain Glyndŵr's standard, the St David's flag or even a daffodil are truly Welsh icons and much better suited to the purpose.

People living in any part of the world supporting Wales, are doing just that; supporting Wales.
