Re-name Bridge in Tribute to Lemmy

The Issue

As a tribute to the Isle of Anglesey's most famous son, who passed away 28 December 2015, the bridge connecting the island to the mainland should be re-named from 'Britannia Bridge' to 'Lemmy Bridge'.
