With the reopening of the promenade in Rhos on sea, we now have a wider pavement to incorporate pedestrians and cyclists. The road is now narrower than it was before leaving less room for motorists. With cars parked on the opposite side to the harbour, vehicles cannot pass. This is causing traffic to build up beyond the junction with Penrhyn Avenue.
