Since covid hit, there's been a surge of people breeding dogs, then re-homing without checks or putting them in kennels, ultimately resulting in them being put to sleep.

Recently, a young boy has been mauled due to negligence of owners, its acceptable to pass animals round online like a used TV. They fall in the wrong hands and are used as weapons/methods for making money. 

All dog ownership and breeding needs tighter regulations. And harsher sentencing if not followed. How many more deaths or injuries are needed before we realise this. There's no such thing as a bad dog! Just bad owners. 

Please, this has to stop.
