This pettion is very Important that the previous homeowner Mr. Lindy borden and elderly, a minority gentleman and heir illegally evicted from the home states according to the falsified, and forged documents that were in plain view of the court his: CIVIL RIGHTS WAS SEVERELY VIOLATED IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE BY BOTH THE COURTS AND THE BANKS INVOLVED TO UNLAWFULLY SEIZE HIS HOME THAT THE ILLEGAL FORECLOSURE REVOLVES AROUND DISCRIMINATION!!!

annie harrisPetition Starteri am the heir of the homeowner wronged who lived in the home for practically twenty years, who was illegally evicted-after the eviction was volintarily dismissed by the bank-who later sent hired hands without baliffs upon being made aware that a set aside defaullted judgement claim had been filed upon the paperwork being recognized to have been faulty. who too, is now jobless and made to sleep on my sons couch,or floor who has a very small apartment and dependant children of his own.
