The WRAC creche provides a unique service that no other central Wellington day care environment offers. The short sessions promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle for parents who want to work out at the WRAC facilities, run errands without their children, or who don't want/can't afford to have their children in all-day care. It is also a caring and fun environment for the children enrolled there. Wellington will lose a popular institution and community resource that has been running for 25 years just so the Council can save around $65,000 a year.
