My name is Robin Hebert and I am a member of the Weight Watcher community who, along with countless others are very unhappy with the changes that Weight Watchers implemented in December of 2017. Prior to their new Freestyle program, they had Smartpoints Beyond the Scale program...which many including myself were happy with. We lost weight consistently and the plan was doable and sustainable for real life and to stay on for life. With Freestyle, many have gained weight and have not been able to be successful as they were on Smartpoints Beyond the Scale. In fact, there are many where the Freestyle program is not healthy for them. We ask Weight Watchers to kindly allow us to choose which plan we want to follow. Many even like the Points Plus Plan!  If they truly cared about their members, they would listen to us.
