Help me save the dog's in the custody of Destiny Collin's of Roy, Utah. 

These animals are living in terrible conditions, they are being bred and bred again contracting parvo and who know's what other diseases. Fox 13 has covered the story, recorded a facebook live showing the condition's in which the dog's are in. Needless to say her intention's were not that to abuse the dog's but now it's gone to far. 

These dog's need better home's. And nobody is doing anything to save them except the public on social media. It's time someone who can actually do something step's in and realizes that Destiny is doing the wrong thing. Legally, she can not have that many dogs, she does not have a kennel license, she is not a certified trainer. Just because you have a disability does not give you credential's to train "service animal's" .
