Stop Wealden DC planners, approving housing developments without current Local Plan

Stop Wealden DC planners, approving housing developments without current Local Plan
Over Development of housing, without sufficient infrastructure within Wealden
Thousands of residents in Wealden are very concerned, about the numbers of houses already built & planning approvals for current requests for more houses. All consents past & present must be counted within the required five-year supply.
We have had enough of the huge surge of speculative applications from developers, all of which continue to bombard current residents. Mental health, work life balance of residents is being affected in the most negative ways!
Currently, there is an inadequate provision of healthcare & education services.
An inadequate service infrastructure of essential services like water, sewerage not being contained and flowing in residential areas and homes.
Our towns and villages are not coping now, without the additional planning of houses in high numbers. The roads are not adequate & are not kept to a safe standard, potholes flooding, traffic jams daily and do nothing to support current traffic let alone proposals for them to take more.
Developer signs all over traffic signs causing unwanted distraction to drivers, many accidents, deaths and life long injuries caused by too much traffic and people suffering from road rage incidents or aggressive driving behaviour, because they are sitting in heavy traffic for long periods adding at least 40 hrs a month to residents travelling times...
We are asking that the planners/government suspend approvals in the current time, in this moment from ‘Over Development’ in housing with inadequate infrastructure
We must all ensure protections are in place to mitigate the impact of climate change, increase biodiversity and ensure that these areas of natural beauty are preserved for future generations to enjoy, if we dont stop now, we will all lose the future for generations to come...What Legacy would you prefer to leave future generations?!
Residents of Wealden Must be heard ‘Enough is Enough’
