We would like a minimum of 1 hour free parking in Waverley Borough Council car parks. 
we would also like the option to use one ticket in WBC’s car parks within the same village or town. 
With smaller independent shops already struggling to make a profit, free parking would encourage more people to shop local and help keep these shops open. 
Free parking would possibly help stop illegal parking.
