Christy Tuchel, Breanna Mikula and Anthony Keyport appeared in court today. The state requested to adjourn jury trial. The defense did not object to adjourning the jury trial. Attorney George, attorney for Christy and Breanna, stated he will be objecting to having juvenile court records admitted in this case. Attorney George stated that they have received a large bill from the Humane Society but they have not been kept updated on the condition of the dogs. (You mean they have finally decided to care about the dogs??? Obviously, this was a “big show” for the court). Attorney George also reported a rumor (we are guessing this rumor has been started by the family spokesperson) that one of the dogs was running loose in Sheboygan and was being chased by people with nets. (when is the last time you ever saw that happen????) Unbelievable that this would even be brought up during the plea hearing. Court set a new jury trial and motion hearing dates. Jury trial scheduled for June 12, 2018 beginning at 08:30 am. The Motion hearing was scheduled for May 15, 2018 at 09:00 am.
