The overdose epidemic is killing more people than the Covid pandemic did. The leading cause of death in Missouri is overdose. 1 in 45 deaths is from overdose. 1 in 3 families is impacted by Opioid addiction. 

We are aware that there have been substantial amounts of money given to Missouri communities to remedy the Opioid epidemic, including Jackson County. 

We want some of these funds to be used to pay for vending machines with free Narcan, and free Fentanyl test strips.
