We have just received a notice from the City that there will be NO Planning Commission meeting on June 21 and are sharing this bit of good news with you! The next Planning Commission meeting will be held on July 19 and we will continue to closely follow this issue and keep you informed about whether or not this item will be on that agenda.
We became aware late last week that the King’s Card Room, managed by Delta C LP, had informed the Sacramento Business Journal that they were not going to pursue a card room at the 400 Iron Point Road/Outlet site. However, when checking with City staff, we found that Delta C LP had not withdrawn their application for the card room at this site and are planning to meet with staff regarding the next steps they have in mind.
