DreamWorks could make a separate movie about Donkey or his kids, but specifically as a separate film just like for example Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, and not as Shrek. And this sh*t that they pulled in the trailer brings me to tears... Shrek is my entire childhood, and they want to ruin it all by showing Shrek in a modern version for infants... No, seriously, who cares about the story of old Shrek, or rather his "not-daughter (because his real daughter has blue eyes and is not remade into some f*cking Zendaya!)" Felicia, who practices f*cking magic and also the whole action takes place in modern times, which is confirmed by the fact that Shrek with his family in this stupid trailer is watching tiktoks! DreamWorks now is only chasing money...

 I used to think it was the best film studio in the whole world, because unlike others they don't make movies for kids to make money (like Disney), but simply stick to their original style and a story. But now I think that this is no longer the DreamWorks I remember from childhood... Now it's doing the same thing as all the other studios and companies. And the proof of this is even the fact that on Disney (which is DreamWorks' biggest "enemy") you can already see all the movies from the Shrek series! And why? Because of course now only money counts! I always thought to myself that when I have kids I would show them my favorite childhood movie, but now I wonder how it will be when they release this failure (Shrek 5), how will I show my children something that is no longer Shrek or a studio that long ago stopped being DreamWorks... People simply forgot what really counts in life and now they only see money... In everyone...

Instead of making an unnecessary continuation of Shrek they could make another film (as good as the original Shrek), that the whole world would love, but not about Shrek, his story already ended (Shrek forever). They could seriously try, be original again and remind themselves why actually DreamWorks was created, to create a completely new unique film. But no... They now make Trolls 3, or another piece of crap like Miss Kraken and new Shrek 5, because they want to be "modern"... Honestly I am mad at them because I wonder what Jeffrey Katzenberg would say to this... Oh no, wait he also felt the smell of wealth! He sold DreamWorks in exchange for a not small sum of money...

So summarizing, in my opinion and not only mine (becouse a lot of people think the same way, which can be seen on websites like YouTube and other applications), Shrek 5 should be completely withdrawn from production, if you don't have a better idea for it! Or at least release it, but not as a continuation of the Shrek film series, but as an additional humorous film referencing the old, but legendary animated film Shrek. Because as each of us knows Shrek Forever is the perfect ending of the series, because it contains everything I would want to be in the final film. In this movie Shrek finally appreciated what really counts and what he has in life. He remembered all the wonderful moments he spent with Fiona. In the last moments of his life, when he thought that in a moment everything would disappear and he would never see his family again, he did not stop loving Fiona, and even had a chance to fall in love with her once more, from the beginning, which he also confesses to her. And at the end he told Fiona the most beautiful thing that could ever be heard, he told her that it was she who rescued him, showing her then how much she changed his life and how much he loves her.

So I don't want to offend anyone here, but I only ask for you to at least rethink this and wonder if you surely want to change this humorous but incredibly beautiful, touching story about the life of an ogre, who despite his background and appearance, despite how others saw him, found love... True love.
