Please help me put an end to the harrassement I'm getting from this neighbor of mine at Habbishof Hajjar Str. 2 Haifa 3537902 Israel called Edward I think , he is a young blondish tall man who hangs arround the brige downstares and bullies people for fun , he hits on girls and fronts men , he one blocked my way from exeting the building and keeps his nasty attitude , He is also against feeding the cats , let's kik him out
