Deputy Christopher Krickovich is the officer who smashed Delucca’s FACE into the pavement twice and then punched him in the head. Lucca has a fractured nose and was bleeding profusely after the savage attack.
Krickovish is blaming Sheriff Gregory Tony's training strategies for how he handled the incident and is claiming that he was in 'fear of his life' due to the large crowd.

   We will not accept lousy excuses or justifications for his use of excessive force. We will only accept termination and an aggravated battery charge.
