On Christmas Eve of 2021, Ariana Ptarcinski was murdered.

Covered in her blood, the murderer was placed in a patrol car where he made incriminating statements on the cars cage camera.  He was taken to the Sheriff's Office where he was questioned.  After refusing to make a statement, he was driven back to his personal vehicle and he went home.

No arrest.

No jail.

No trial. 

And no justice for Ariana Ptarcinski and her family.

The coroner ruled her death a homicide, but the Florida State Attorneys Office refused to prosecute, stating there was no criminal intent on the part of the murderer.

Since then the Ptarcinski family has suffered unspeakable anguish, waiting for justice that has not come.

Please sign this petition to encourage the Governor of Florida and the State Attorneys Office to pursue charges in this case.  It has been far too long.  It's time for Ariana to receive justice and her family to receive at least some semblance of closure.
