As loyal fans of CID, we have always admired the strength, dedication, and silent emotional bond between Sr. Inspector Daya and Inspector Purvi.

Over the years, their onscreen connection — based on mutual respect, quiet care, and trust — has touched many hearts. While CID has always focused on thrilling cases, the emotional depth of its characters gave the show soul.

With CID Season 2 bringing back our favorite team, we humbly request the makers — Sony TV, Fireworks Productions, and respected creators — to give Dayurvi (Daya + Purvi) a proper love story arc.

We are not asking for drama or distraction from the core theme, but a soft, mature, respectful bond that shows that even strong officers have hearts.

This petition is a voice from fans who believe:

Daya and Purvi deserve emotional closure.

Their chemistry was always present, just never explored.

A side-track of love and support will make the CID team more human, relatable, and memorable.
