Our school has many clubs, however they do not have any groups dedicated to the LGBTQ+ community. As almost half the year I am in is part of the LGBTQ+ community, it is very hard to talk to people about our problems and/or happiness. It also opens up/will lead to helping closeted members to feel like they don't have to hide anymore. If we win, we will be able to be happy and comfortable in the school environment. However if we lose, it will be hard to talk about it openly without being judged by the homophobic group of our school. I have been part of the LGBTQ+ community for a while now, however I still struggle being open with my parents and friends, so I hope this will make me comfortable with who I am and I hope you can help me be happy with who I am by letting me speak out about what I go through and what I love about being who I am. We aren't looking for a massive amount of Signs but we would love to have at least 50-100.
