We want a Petwatch programme (animal crimewatch)

The Issue

There are thousands of animals missing or stolen and if the media can help by showing these animals where everyone can see them we already know advertising helps...facebook and twitter are prime examples

Then there are cruelty crimes commited against animals - these need harsher punishments so hope a programme would highlight these.
