Friends a Retired army officer started his business in Chabhar (Iran). He was abducted by a group of Terrorists and for few thousand dollars was handed over to Gov of Pakistan.A case was framed and Military court of Pak has awarded death sentence.Pak didn't even inform India about his detention in Pak and refused to give consular access. A famous advocate Mr Harish Salve fought his case in International court of Justice. As per order of ICJ his mother and wife were allowed to visit him.The Gov of Pak insulted his mother and wife so much so that they felt humiliated and came back in shocked state of mind.As per ICJ orders,he is entitled to seek review of case but the fellow is tortured and asked to surrender the option.Infour days the deadline to file review petition will expire and the mercy appeal will be rejected so that the death sentence can happen.

Now we appeal government of India to seek consular access as per Vienna Convention and arrange his release by exchange of a Pakistani spy in custody of India.
