IPETITION FOR REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES.

1. PREAMBLE

We, THE UNDERSIGNED CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES, exercising our Constitutional right under the First Ammendment,petition the Government for a redress of grievances, hereby assert that the mandates of the American electorate must be upheld . We believe the primary duty of the government is to protect the sovereignty, safety and prosperity of its citizens. Yet the Democrat party is blatantly ignoring the will of We the People who voted for President Donald Trumps agenda, and this petition calls to address this action and demand accountability. 

2.DECLARATION OF THE PUBLIC WILL

1.BORDER SECURITY AND ENFORCEMENT. The immediate securing of national borders and the deportation of individuals residing in the country without legal authorization or who have committed crimes against the people of this nation.

2.PUBLIC SAFETY.  Aggressive action to remove illegal drugs that are killing Americans from our streets, and tough actions against those who seek to harm or defraud our country and its citizens. We ask that you invoke the Insurrection Act and take the lead when state governments fail to protect its US citizens.

3.NATIONAL ENERGY DEPENDANCE. The prioritization of domestic energy production to ensure economic stability and national security.

4.MILITARY STRENGTH. The maintenance of a strong, focused military capable of defending America's interests without distractions.

5.CULTURAL INTEGRITY. An end to "woke" ideologies in government institutions that we believe undermine national unity and traditional American values.

III. GRIEVANCES AND DEMAND FOR ACCOUNTABILITY. 

We further assert that certain public officals-Judiciary, Governors, Mayors, Law Enforcement and members of the House of Representatives and Senate-have willfully acted in opposition to these priorities and the rule of law.

THEREFORE WE DEMAND: Adherence to the Oath of Office that all officials fulfill their Constitutional Duty to enforce the laws of the United States.

INVESTIGATIONS INTO MISCONDUCT: That the Department of Justice and relevant Oversight Commitees investigate any officials who have used their office to decietfully bypass federal laws or obstruct National Security.

LEGAL ACCOUNTABILITY: Where evidence of malfeasance,  "High crimes and Misdemeanors" ,or willful dereliction of duty exists,  we demand the initiation of impeachment proceedings, removal or criminal trials as prescribed by the Constitution and statutory law.
