The Continental Congress adjourned by method of "Adjournment Sine die" meaning it was never dissolved, but rather left with the option to be called back into session should the need arise.

That Day has arrived... Our acting Federal Government has by it's actions demonstrated it is no longer upholding it's commitment to the Constitution and has ignored its contract to the American People and the States. It is now imperative that "We The People" of our respective States demand that our State legislators & Governors by action and order appoint 5 delegates from each State to re-convene the Continental Congress, to meet at a time and place to be selected once agreed upon before the summer of 2012. We insist upon this course so that the people's grievances receive a fair and unbiased ear, that is no longer available by means of Congressional method or Judicial process. In doing so this 4th Continental Congress will be entrusted to speak to and address our Federal Government on behalf of the People and to bring forth a peaceful resolution, that addresses the failures of the Federal Government.
