Ghulappa B Hosamni has always been working for the overall development of Belgaum selflessly from many years and he has built a largest youth movement in the district. Everyone in district know about him and the initiatives he has taken for the progress of our district during his BUDA chairman responsibility. All these years he has executed many successful Party's work .Now he needs a place in Govt to serve the people and build a greater Belgaum. He is very enthusiastic and eager to work for people and city. He is a well organizer and good orator proficient in Kannada, English and Marathi languages. He has been working in the party from many years and was District Gen Secretary-Belgaum Rural.

Ghulappa Hosamani has very good knowledge on infra, smart cities, Sustainable Development and he is a tech savvy person.he has fought and solved various major issues in the district. His relevant achievements include - Being BUDA, Chairman he has sanctioned and approved for Construction of New BUDA layout of 159 acres of land under scheme 61 (after 15 years).

-Approved for Construction of 3700 apartments (approximately) for needy, Construction of these apartments is to fulfil the dream of HON’BLE PRIME MINISTER SHRI NARENDRA MODIJI(“By the time nation completes 75 years of independence in 2022 there should not be any single family without owning house for his leaving” – NARENDRA MODI)

-Sanctioned for Construction of the First International Astroturf Hockey Sta dium in North Karnataka at 7.5 acres of BUDA land

His initiatives include - First conference on sustainable development & infrastructure in Belgaum, Conference on systematic implementation of smart city projects, Conference on Railways infra and connectivity in Belgaum district in Gokak city, Skill development and employ-ability options in Belgaum, Lakshya - Role of Youth in development of our cities and neighborhoods, promotion of entrepreneurship and startups in Belgaum and many more.
