Hi,

Just to let you all know that on August 1st we received acknowledgement  from Staffordshire Council of receipt of our petition.

Please do not stop asking other people to contribute because since it was submitted we have continued to receive more signatures and are now well over 200 between our on line petition (over 150 signatures) and the written petitions (over 50 signatures)

More signatures on the online petition will be automatically recorded and will be available for the council to see in real time and show that this situation is ongoing and not easily dismissed. So please continue to encourage local people to support this petition. (The attached photo was flooding on the lane in late July!) 

Thank you for your continued support this is another step forward on what I suspect will still be a challenging journey.
