Dear All, Thank you all for taking the time to sign this petition. On Worldwide Empty the Tanks Day, this was submitted to Mr. Timothy Ng of Ocean Park. I have respectfully requested they truly consider making a change to their facilities, and encourage conversing and exchanging of ideas....eventually making captive dolphins a thing of the past.
