Please attend the meeting at Belle Meade City Hall on Tuesday, December 16th at 4pm. We cannot express how important your presence is at this meeting.

St George's is attempting the lot split again citing a 4000 sq ft buildable section for a residence on the lot that they want to turn into a large parking lot. St George's does not plan to build a residence on this lot...they plan to build a parking lot. 

The letters submitted to Belle Meade City Hall from Barge Civil Associates and Davey Resource Group do not address a parking lot. They address putting a residence on the property. They do not address runoff, watershed management plans or land use as parking lot.
