As per DHE, KAHILIPARA Office Memorandum No.439692/2024/3, issued by the office dated 4th July, 2024, it is clearly mentioned that PRC is NOT MANDATORY for Appointment in all colleges of Assam and also for all posts be it Assistant Professor, Librarian, Grade-III, Grade-IV, etc.

This is totally a disastrious decision taken by DHE to destroy the careers of all the Assamese people who are or will be seeking employment in colleges of Assam which were constructed by Assamese people with the help of money as tax given by the people of Assam.

And now, if we accept the said decision then there will be a huge influx of candidates from other states of India who will get employment, after 5 years they will buy property with the salary provided by the Assam Govt. from tax collected from Assamese people. After that they will become indigenous Assamese people. Their children will have the option to study Abroad and lead a better dignified life and we will just accept our fate.
