Rahul Gandhi has been making scenes all over India on issues that do not make any difference to the important needs of our people such as (i) guaranteeing high quality education for every child – rich or poor, belonging to any religion, subdivisions within every religion, (ii) action for reducing pollution in the cities, (iii) improving the quality of service in hospitals for better care, etc. The Congress party has filed so many worthless cases in the Supreme Court, which only benefited Congress MPs such as Kapil Sibal and Abhishek Manu Singhvi as advocates. Cases were filed on Ram Janma Bhoomi, ED, GST, CAA, CBI, EVMs, Aadhaar, Pegasus, Rafale deal, Article 370, Central Vista, and PM Cares Fund. The Supreme Court finally decided that there was no substance in any of these cases, and Congress lost all the above. Thus, all these cases wasted the precious time of the Supreme Court. Instead of honouring our armed forces for their achievement in Operation Sindhoor, he created a ruckus in the Lok Sabha, asking irrelevant questions based on the statement of the U.S. President.

Several years ago, Dr. Subramanyam Swamy filed a case with certain evidence that Rahul Gandhi has the citizenship of U.K. Till this day, Rahul Gandhi has never denied it; neither has he filed a defamation case against Dr. Swamy. In my opinion, this proves that there is truth in the case filed by Dr. Swamy. I don’t know why there is so much delay in handling this case and coming up with the final judgment. Since he is the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, every citizen has a right to know the facts about this. To me, it looks like Rahul Gandhi, being a citizen of the UK, is wasting the time and energy of our MPs in the parliament by pressing on baseless and worthless issues and misleading the public, since he has no real interest in India being great.

He made defamatory remarks against Veer Savarkar. He tried to mislead the public by purposefully accusing Arun Jaitley of threatening him during the farmers’ protest, whereas Arun Jaitley had passed away long before the farmers’ protest happened. He was convicted in 2023 by a court in Surat for defaming the PM of the country. Currently, he is wasting every citizen’s time by accusing the Election Commission and refusing to file a document with credible evidence. In my considered opinion, all of these actions amount to anti-national activities, since they are all aimed at misleading the common man and wasting the precious resources of the court, media, etc.

I want the Supreme Court to consider this petition as a public interest litigation and accelerate looking into all the important cases against the Leader of the Opposition, such as his citizenship and the National Herald case. And restrain him from taking our country and the people for a ride.
