I want...I need to call out our broken California court system. I want to take this to Sacramento and Washington DC, eventually.  For over 14 years, I have fought for my children and my rights — only to be crushed by a broken family court system that favors wealth, connections, and false allegations over truth and justice. The California family courts have failed countless parents like me by: Ignoring credible evidence of abuse and neglect, allowing false accusations to dictate custody decisions, enabling parental alienation that destroys children’s relationships, letting financial abuse and manipulation control outcomes, silencing protective parents who try to expose injustice, destroying families while prioritizing money and power over wellbeing My story is not unique. Families are being torn apart by a system that doesn’t listen, doesn’t care, and often does more harm than good. I call on California lawmakers, judicial oversight bodies, and family court administrators to: Increase transparency and accountability in family court cases, ensure evidence is thoroughly investigated, not dismissed, protect parents and children from parental alienation and abuse, reform child support enforcement to be fair and humane, provide accessible legal resources for low-income parents, establish independent review boards for judicial misconduct. No parent should suffer in silence or lose their children to a system that claims to protect them but fails miserably.
