I received an email today from the Crime Commissioner who has passed my petition link onto the relevant department. They should contact me regarding the petition in the upcoming weeks.
In other news, a man was arrested down Charrington Place, for having harmful weapons. Charrington place is an "side exit" off of Alban Way and unfortonately an easy access point for offenders to reach the walkway and St Alban's Station. I feel that CCTV will need to extend down Alban Way to cover ALL exit points. This will also allow the Police to track in which direction the offenders leave, hopefully allowing more arrests to be made.
